We make every effort to present product descriptions, images, and prices accurately.
However, minor variations may occur due to:

• screen differences,
• material tolerances,
• manual production of  items.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable VAT.

Accepted payment methods include:

• Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners)
• Google Pay
• Bank transfer
• Cash on delivery (Croatia only)

All card payments are securely processed via Stripe.
We do not store or process any credit card data.

Ordering Process

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• all information provided is accurate,
• you are authorized to use the selected payment method,
• you agree to these Terms.

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation.
We may reject or cancel an order if:

• the product is unavailable,
• payment is not authorized,
• there is suspected fraud,
• technical errors occur.

Shipping and Delivery

Deliveries are shipped via Croatian Post (Hrvatska pošta) unless otherwise agreed.

Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Store Pickup

You may pick up your order at our Dubrovnik store:

Pickup is free of charge.

International Orders

We currently ship orders to countries within the European Union and selected countries worldwide.
Available delivery destinations and shipping costs are shown during checkout.

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at buraldubrovnik@gmail.com and we will do our best to arrange a delivery.

Returns and Refunds

Customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with EU and Croatian consumer protection laws.

Products must be returned:

• unused,
• undamaged,
• preferably in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
