RETURNS / REFUNDS

In accordance with EU and Croatian consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase and return products under the conditions outlined below.

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, you may:

  • send us a clear written statement, or
  • submit the Standard Withdrawal Form (optional)

This right does not apply to products excluded under EU and Croatian law, such as personalized, custom-made, or opened hygiene-sensitive items. Products to which exceptions apply will be clearly marked on the product page.

To qualify for a refund, returned items must be:

  • unused
  • undamaged
  • clean and free of odors
  • preferably in their original packaging
  • packed securely to avoid damage during return shipment

If the original packaging (e.g., protective materials) is included, please return all components.The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), you will be notified by email regarding:

  • the approval or denial of your refund
  • the amount to be refunded (if applicable)

Refunds are issued within 5 business days after approval and processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

According to consumer protection regulations, customers are responsible for any decrease in product value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine:

  • the product’s nature
  • characteristics
  • or functionality

If the product is returned used, damaged, stained, washed, or without essential packaging, Bural reserves the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund. You will be informed in such cases.

Upon Delivery

If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, do not accept the shipment. Inform the courier immediately.

After Delivery

If damage is discovered after opening the package:

  • keep the original packaging
  • notify us within 14 days
  • provide photos if possible

If Bural organizes return shipping, items must be repacked properly using original materials whenever possible.

If a customer refuses delivery of an undamaged order without valid reason, Bural may deduct:

  • the cost of return shipping
  • administrative handling fees

from the refund amount.

We do not offer direct product exchanges.
